Welcome to HWC Holistic Wellness Coaching (“HWC,” “I,” “my,” or “me”). By accessing or using https://www.healthywithchelsea.com and/or participating in my services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

I provide health and wellness coaching services, offered virtually or in person, as outlined on this website and confirmed through scheduling communications. Coaching is educational and supportive in nature and is not medical, mental health, or therapeutic treatment.

Scheduling and Payment

All coaching sessions are scheduled through Calendly or by email.

Payment arrangements are completed via invoice and must be paid in full as outlined on the invoice prior to the session or program start date unless otherwise specified. No payment processing is conducted directly through this website.

Cancellations and Refunds

Individual sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance via email.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling, except at my sole discretion. Coaching packages and programs are non-refundable once services have begun unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health, well-being, decisions, and actions.

It is your responsibility to consult with appropriate healthcare professionals regarding any medical or mental health concerns and before making significant lifestyle or health-related changes.

Confidentiality

I treat client information and session content as confidential and will not disclose personal information without consent, except where required by law.

Please note that communication via email, video conferencing platforms (such as Google Meet), and scheduling tools is subject to the privacy and security practices of those third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and coaching materials, is my intellectual property (or the property of HWC Holistic Wellness Coaching) and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without my prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from coaching services. All services are provided on an “as is” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in coaching services or use of this website.

Third-Party Services

I use trusted third-party tools to support scheduling, communication, and collaboration (e.g., Calendly for scheduling and Google Workspace tools such as Google Meet and Google Sheets). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and I’m not responsible for their content or policies.

Updates to Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting. Continued use of this website or my services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
