  • Wellness coaching supports your whole health. We look at your habits, mindset, stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle so you can feel better day to day and support long-term health. We’ll uncover what is getting in the way, build routines that fit your real life, and create sustainable change you can actually maintain.

  • I do not prescribe supplements or provide medical treatment. If you are already taking supplements recommended by your physician or practitioner, I can help you build habits and routines that support consistency and help you track how you feel. If you are curious about supplements, I can also offer general, education-based guidance so you can have a more informed conversation with your healthcare provider.

  • I do not provide structured or prescriptive meal plans or macro tracking. Instead, I help you create a personalized, flexible approach to eating that supports your goals. We focus on sustainable habits, practical meal frameworks, grocery guidance, blood sugar support, and routines you can maintain long term.

  • I don’t accept insurance. However, some clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds depending on their provider. If your provider requires a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), they can complete that for you. I’m happy to provide a detailed receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.

  • I do not hand you a list of rules or tell you exactly what to eat, take, or do. Coaching is a collaborative process where you remain in control. I offer guidance, education, and support as you explore what feels most supportive for your body, lifestyle, and goals.
