  • An 8-week coaching series for those navigating ongoing symptoms, a new diagnosis, chronic conditions, or health markers they want to improve. Ideal if you want personalized guidance that complements your medical care and helps you make targeted lifestyle changes to support your overall health.

  • A one-time 75-minute session for support and direction when you feel stuck. Ideal if you’re unsure where to start, curious about coaching, or want clarity without a longer commitment.
