My Why.

I didn’t always have it in the plans to become a coach, this path unfolded naturally. I’ve always lived by the belief that our health is the foundation for a vibrant life. Coaching became the way to combine my passion for lifestyle well-being with everything I’ve learned and lived firsthand. My nursing background grounded me in clinical knowledge and compassionate care. The coach in me sees wellness as multidimensional and believes that true health is about so much more than adding years to our life, it’s also about adding life to our years.

I’ve seen how small, purposeful shifts can meaningfully shape the quality of our lives: how we nourish our bodies, move, sleep, manage stress and emotions, build connection, and find purpose. I want people to experience lives where they don’t just get through the days—they feel strong, fulfilled, and vibrant throughout them. I believe that when we care for ourselves on all levels, living a healthy, balanced life becomes not only achievable, but sustainable and enjoyable.

My mission is to help others develop the tools and mindset to feel healthy, confident, and energized in their own lives. I am passionate about inspiring others to invest in themselves, create intentional routines, and up-level their well-being to experience just how good life can truly feel.

My Story.

The Foundation.

Health and wellness have always been part of who I am, they’re woven into my personality and values.  I’ve always felt called to care for others, and over time I’ve learned that caring for myself is just as essential. I knew it was time to step into coaching when I caught myself asking: How can I help others feel just how good life can truly be? And by “good,” I mean the deep sense of happiness, fulfillment, and health we can experience by looking inward and learning how to nourish our body, mind, and spirit.

My career began as a nurse, a calling I felt for as long as I can remember. It gave me some of my proudest and most formative experiences: teaching me empathy, adaptability, and the power of human connection. At the same time, I saw firsthand how fragmented the healthcare system can be, focused on symptoms, siloed diagnoses, and medications, with root cause and prevention often taking a back seat. While modern medicine is essential, I’ve come to believe it’s not the whole picture—lifestyle is the foundation.

My time at the bedside came to a close as a travel nurse in San Francisco, where I transitioned into an early-stage healthcare startup. That shift allowed me to apply my clinical experience in new ways, building from the ground up, evolving into leadership, and contributing to a broader mission to improve how people experience care. The chaos, constant problem-solving, and rapid learning curves of both nursing and startup life tested me in countless ways. It ultimately strengthened my resilience and reinforced what I already knew: self care, stress management, and healthy boundaries are not luxuries, they are lifelines.

The Shift.

In my early thirties, my desire for “the plan” to unfold became an unexpected catalyst for personal growth. I realized my thoughts had started pulling me away from being truly present. My mind was running the show, and learning to quiet the spirals and let go of control is where everything shifted.

Instead of just going through the motions, I began doing the deeper work by reshaping my thought patterns, being intentional, and learning to respond rather than react. That’s when I unlocked an entirely new perspective. We live in a world that glorifies productivity, achievement, and doing it all. But the truth is, slowing down, prioritizing what fuels our health, and protecting our energy is the real key to success in every facet of life.

The Calling.

Through my own coaching, therapy, retreats, and self-reflection, I experienced firsthand how powerful our minds are and how our thoughts shape our emotions, choices, behaviors, and ultimately our health and happiness. The most transformative part? My mindset changed not because everything around me did, but because I did.

That shift sparked my fascination with the connection between mindset and overall health, and how inner work can transform not just how we feel day to day, but also the habits we choose and the trajectory of our well-being. It’s what led me to coaching: helping others recognize they have the power to shape their health, fulfillment, and longevity through the way they live each day.
