Hi, I’m Chelsea!

Health and wellness have always been central to who I am. With a background in nursing, leadership in the healthcare startup space, and through my own personal passions and journey—I’ve experienced how deeply our mindset, habits, and lifestyle influence our overall well-being.

As a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I help individuals build confidence and create lasting change through practical tools. I believe that optimal health requires a holistic approach—one where lifestyle is key. A core part of my philosophy is caring for both our present and future selves. While getting older is inevitable, the way we age is profoundly shaped by our daily choices. The science is clear: we can support our long-term health and strengthen our healthspan by being intentional in our daily patterns.
